Last week the baby gang met again, and you can see the changes in their demeanors and personalities by the amount of movement in these pictures! None of them could sit still. Their arms were waving, heads bobbing, and bodies colliding - so fun to watch. We (the mamas) couldn't stop smiling and laughing at all their cute antics.
Emma, always the ham, starting smiling immediately when the cameras came out. I love her expressive sweet little face! (My apologies to Lucinda who was on the opposite end of the couch who often got eclipsed by the cushions and/or the other flailing babies.)

Wiggle Worm and friends
Emma has discovered her hands, yippee! Now she sucks on them (she can put her entire fist in her mouth) and plays with stuff. We are enjoying this new stage of development and encouraging it by piling as many toys on top of her as she'll allow. She seems to enjoy our silly games. Take a look at her hanging out with her most recent favorite toy, Wiggle Worm, and a few funny pictures of her in the bath. Notice how serious she looks, as if she is just humoring us with this whole getting clean thing. Some babies laugh it up in the tub, our kid eyes us suspiciously.
By the way, she just had her 3 month doctor's appointment and she now weighs 14 pounds (!!) and she grew an inch since last month making her a lanky 25 inches. Our baby is on the top of the charts! (yes, I have become one of those bragging mamas, but how can I help it? look at her!)
